Executive Director
Core Function: To manage and coordinate the day-to-day
operations at the JN+ Secretariat.
Minimum Requirements:

Masters Degree in Management,
Business Administration, Behaviour Change Communication,
Anthropology, Public Health or other related discipline.

3 to 5 years experience in
programme management and administration.

Advanced MS Word, Excel and
MS Access software skills.

Strong editing and proofreading
skills with attention to detail.

Ability to analyse, prioritise
and complete work with minimal supervision.

Excellent written and oral
communication in English.

Strong interpersonal skills
including flexibility and initiative.

Ability to meet deadlines,
often under difficult circumstances.
-
Familiarity with issues surrounding
HIV/AIDS.
-
Willingness to work with Persons
Living with HIV/AIDS
