Executive Director

Core Function: To manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations at the JN+ Secretariat.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Management, Business Administration, Behaviour Change Communication, Anthropology, Public Health or other related discipline.

  • 3 to 5 years experience in programme management and administration.

  • Advanced MS Word, Excel and MS Access software skills.

  • Strong editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to analyse, prioritise and complete work with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent written and oral communication in English.

  • Strong interpersonal skills including flexibility and initiative.

  • Ability to meet deadlines, often under difficult circumstances.

  • Familiarity with issues surrounding HIV/AIDS.

  • Willingness to work with Persons Living with HIV/AIDS
